Desc: The description of the test.
In general you want to include positive strings from your pages that show the page loaded correctly like "SuccesS" or even your company title, make sure not to include strings that also appear on the error pages on your site.
Then in the Negative strings, you want to include strings that show errors, like "Internal Server Error" or "Order failed".
You can even test the error pages on your site by reversing these tests, looking for the right strings that display on the right error pages.

Creating Reports:
Regression Tester allows you to create custom reports:
Report: Simply press the report button and a HTML report will be generated and launched in your browser.
To customize the reports simply add a Header.htm and Footer.htm file to the directory you installed the program in. The header will be added to the top of the report and the footer to the bottom.
You can also customize each row of the testing report by adding a ReportLine.htm file into the programs install directory.
You can then use these variables to create your own custom look:
#TITLE#: the name of the test.
#URL#: the URL called by the test.
#POS1#: the positive string searched for in the HTML.
#POS2#: the second positive string searched for in the HTML.
#NEG1#: the negative string searched for in the HTML.
#NEG2#: the second negative string searched for in the HTML.
#DESC#: the description of the test.
#STATUS#: the status of the test.
#DATE#: the date of the test.
This makes it really easy to make customized testing reports with your company's branding.
